退款政策

一、适用范围
- 本政策适用于在 AI168（ai168.io，由 AI168 Technology Inc 运营）上付费购买的经纪人/机构 VIP 和 168AI金币。
- VIP 与金币均为一次性付款，不会自动续费；到期后如需继续使用，需要你主动再次购买。
二、经纪人 / 机构 VIP
- 付款后 7 天内，如果尚未使用 VIP 专属功能（AI 批量发布、免费刷新），且开通时赠送的金币尚未消费，可申请全额退款。
- 超过 7 天，或已使用上述功能、已消费赠送金币的，不予退款；VIP 在当期有效期内继续可用。
- 退款后 VIP 立即终止，赠送的金币同时扣回。
三、168AI金币
- 付款后 7 天内，购买的金币包尚未消费的，可申请整包全额退款；已部分消费的金币包不予退款。
- 金币包中的赠送部分，以及签到、邀请、举报等活动获得的金币，不能单独退款，也不能兑换现金。
- 退款后该金币包的全部金币（含赠送部分）同时扣回。
四、一律全额退款的情况
- 同一笔订单被重复扣款。
- 付款成功但因平台系统故障未能到账，且平台无法补发。
- 未经你本人授权的扣款（请同时联系你的发卡银行）。
五、如何申请
- 发送邮件至 support@ai168.io，注明登录用的手机号或邮箱、付款日期、金额和退款原因。
- 我们会在 3 个工作日内回复。退款会原路退回你付款时使用的银行卡或支付方式，银行入账通常需要 5–10 个工作日。
- 如对扣款有疑问，请先联系我们，我们会尽快处理，通常比向银行发起争议更快。
Refund Policy (English)
Scope
This policy covers Broker/Agency VIP plans and 168AI Coins purchased on AI168 (ai168.io), operated by AI168 Technology Inc. All purchases are one-time payments and never renew automatically.
VIP plans
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no VIP-only feature (AI bulk posting, free refresh) has been used and no bonus coins have been spent. After 7 days, or once those features or bonus coins have been used, the purchase is non-refundable and the plan stays active until it expires. A refund ends the plan immediately and removes its bonus coins.
168AI Coins
A coin package that is completely unspent can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. Partially used packages are non-refundable. Bonus coins and coins earned through activities cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. 168AI Coins are in-platform credits only: they cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money or any cryptocurrency.
Always refunded
Duplicate charges, payments that were not credited because of a platform error we cannot fix, and unauthorized charges.
How to request
Email support@ai168.io with the phone number or email you log in with, the payment date, the amount and the reason. We reply within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually post within 5–10 business days.
